Bruxism
Protecting the teeth of people who grind or clench, at night or during the day.
What it is
Bruxism is the habit of grinding or clenching the teeth, often during sleep and without noticing. Over time it wears the teeth down, breaks fillings and can cause pain in the facial muscles or jaw, or headaches on waking. Treatment aims to protect the teeth and relieve the tension.

Frequently asked questions
Can bruxism be cured?
The habit cannot always be stopped, but the teeth can be protected and the symptoms greatly reduced.
Can I buy a guard at the pharmacy?
It is not the best option. A custom-made guard fits better, protects more and does not change your bite.
