Quick questions

How often should I see the dentist?

At least once a year, even without pain. If you have gum problems, the dentist may recommend more frequent check-ups.

How often should I brush my teeth?

Twice a day, once before bed, with a fluoride toothpaste. And floss or use an interdental brush every day.

Is it normal for my gums to bleed when I brush?

No. Bleeding is a sign of inflammation. Keep brushing gently and book an assessment.

I wake up with jaw pain. Could it be my teeth?

It may be bruxism, the habit of grinding or clenching the teeth during sleep. It is worth having it checked.

Are implants suitable for everyone?

Not always. It depends on the bone, the gums and your general health. Only an assessment can tell.

These articles do not replace an assessment appointment.
